I've been looking through my FRIA maps to see if the maps from Curse of the Azure Bonds were included. Several of them are, the Tilverton maps, the Yulash maps, and the Myth Drannor ones are there (I've found those, at least), but the maps pertaining to Zhentil Keep and Haptooth Hill seem to be missing.

Has anyone else bothered to look for those specific maps?

It is the spirit of the game, not the letter of the rules, which is important. Never hold to the letter written, nor allow some barracks room lawyer to force quotations from the rule book upon you, if it goes against the obvious intent of the game.

Afterword, DMG pg 230.

There is a fairly terrible map of Haptooth Hill in the Curse of the Azure Bonds , but nothing in the FRIA.

The FRIA does have a good map of the village of Hap which looks like it was rendered from the aforementioned adventure. There isn't any information though on where it actually came from though.
