Next up, I'm told, a dungeon crawl "5e starter" adventure tied to the story.

I have read the above quote today and I wanted to know if this project has been finished or not? Does anyone know where is this 5E starter adventure written by Ed Greenwood himself?

No idea about the Starter Adventure for 5E in DM's Guild.

He answered as below if anyone was interested:

"Will go back up at DM's Guild soon. As will the story. And the second linked pair of adventures and tales. And I'm writing the third pair right now. ;}"

Hi, all. The two adventures Tom found are Adventurers' League rounds that Ed co-wrote with GameholeCon head Alex Kammer for play at GameholeCon. They're 2-hour rounds, so REALLY short and simple D&D ventures...but yes, fun, and set in the Realms. (No new monsters, spells, or magic items are allowed in Adv League adventures, BTW.)
Love to all,
THO
