Yup, and if you read Ed's Down to Earth Divinity in Dragon Magazine #54, you'll see he used the four elemental lords from Melnibonea (thus, Kossuth is really Kakatal), and also its beast lords. Ilmatar is really 'Issek of the jug' from Newhon - another mythos that was included in the 1st print run, but not there after (as was the Cthulhu mythos as well - those three were left out of later print-runs).
Elric has the rather dubious honor of being the highest level mortal ever stated-out in D&D - a total of 129 levels! |
