Well met
I've been lurking here on the boards for a while, and this my first post. Hopefully there are more to come. I've been on the WotC boards for a while now, and their new novels rule has forced me to find other avenues to discuss them. I think this place will suit me just fine...

Actually, my decision to come over here has nothing to do with the novels discussion. I wandered over because I wanted to see all the Ed Greenwood lore that he's been busily giving us. 
Though I do like these forums better. It's a friendlier place, with less heavy-handed moderation and less munchkins. Add in the number of Realms authors and creators here, and it's hands down a better forum.
But we could use more smilies...  |

about the WotC boards: i never have been there, but since i found candlekeep i have no intention to look for any oter place to gather information. (maby WotC home, but thatīs a must)
more smilies?? makes it more colorefull but for what use? |

Well met, and Welcome. I originally started here and kinda drifted for awhile (life became hectic, net stuff was shelved) but ahoy, I'm back, and I tried the WotC boards for a bit, found them a little too cold for my liking. The fires of the inn are good to my bones. So alas, another WotC refugee here  |

I like this place, and it seems that folks around here are a lot friendlier here. |
