Well met, all

Does anyone know if any knowledge has surfaced about the large island to the west of Anchorome? I'm looking for a place to put an evil empire.

I don't know if there is any canonical material but there is an item on DMS Guild that does a nice job of detailing western Anchorome (and possibly that island, I haven't studied it well enough tbh, though it is a free item).

It does detail that island, but if there's no canonical information I'll likely use it.

There's one map with nametags on every other landmass, but not that one. As far as I know there's no canonical information - not even a name.

It's like FR's giant version of Easter Island.

I was actually looking at that map to start with. I was considering using Anchorome itself as well, but there are human and elven cultures mentioned and I don't know how far north they go from Maztica.

On the topic of Anchorome, where would be a good place for me to start gathering information about it such as terrain (possibly a map), inhabitants, etc.? I thought I read that some of the Maztica source material mentioned it, is that correct?

FMQ1 City of Gold is perhaps one of (if not actually number 1) favorite game products of all time. Yes, this supplement (which is half sourcebook, half adventure) nearly clears a whole new setting in itself - one based off of Pueblo myth (as loosely as LotR is European myth, that is).

Fort Flame is also up that way, along with a rumored resting place for Balduran himself (though it is possibly he died on an island of werewolves according to video game canon).

I hope to take on an Anchorome project one day in the not too far future that expands on FMQ1.
