I rather like the Storm Quaff. 
But it appears you omitted some of the beneficial effects of Annath’s Draft; you referred to being able to get more than one benefit, but listed just the one. |

Yeah, I did change it at the last minute and didn't fix the reference to multiple benefits. I'll sort it out when I get home tonight. The problem with that recipe is that in probability terms, it is very easy to get the full benefit, unlike the flame elixir for example. Thanks for checking it properly!
