Does anyone know what the "official" canon outcomes of each of The Sundering adventures were? If not does anyone know where o can find this info? Thanks.

A summary is given in each video in the Sundering Series on Youtube, starting with Chapter 2 Just look up chapters 3 and following. They don't give much detail, but it's something.

I don't recall reading it anywhere. If it isn't covered in those videos, you might check out the Sundering Adventurer's Chronicle app on Facebook. It was where you were supposed to report your results, and the results were posted in the app.
