Just like Kelemvor is against the undead. I know Tyr has knightly orders that hunt down demons and devils but mostly because devils are a perversion of a lawful society and demons are just chaotic and should be opposed by law. Is there a deity that hates evil just because they're evil and wrong?
Probably Sune and Ilmater. Sune's idea of beauty applies to the soul of a person as well as their outward appearance. She would be directly opposed to any type of evil. In fact, she would probably particularly hate creatures like succubi, who use their beauty and skills of seduction to perform evil acts. (Lorcan from the Brimstone Angels books would be a good example of this.)
For Ilmater, he is against anyone who causes others to suffer. His followers are normally very proactive about opposing crime and vice of every sort.
Your best answer might actually be Helm though. If you've read the Shadowbane books, this will sound familiar: "Darkness must be pursued down every alley... until it is extinguished from the world". Troy Denning's "The Sentinel" is a great example of this too. Helm believes it is his duty to destroy evil in all forms, and of course he always does his duty.
I would say any Deity that is Neutral Good. Goodness that is not shifted to either side of Law or Chaos. IMO Lathandar represents this type of good and would oppose evil for evil sake.
I think that all good-aligned deities would be, although some would be much more active in their opposition than others. (Specifically, Ilmater, Lathander, and Torm.)
