Still depends on what you use. "Cormanthyr - Empire of the Elves": all elves have equal PHB stat adjustments (though age categories vary). "The Complete Book of Elves": Sylvan elves get +1 Str +1 Dex -1 Con -1 Cha; infravision 60'; animal empathy as ranger (wood critters only); no secret doors bonus. PO:S&P: same +1 Dex -1 Con; {Bow bonus; Secret doors; Infravision, 60'; Stealth; Sleep/Charm Resistance; Spear bonus} - i.e. same as High Elf package, but spear instead of sword. -1 reaction penalty outside home territory.

According to DragonDex: - "Roaming the Realms: The Green Elves of Faerun" - Belinda G. Ashley - 222(42) - D&D2

TBeholder only missed the Elves of Evermeet stats:
"The Green (Wild) elves of Evermeet's woods can take the standard adjustments, or take a +1 bonus to Strength and -1 penalty to Wisdom instead." p. 104
Of course, the "standard" is the elven +1 DEX bonus and the -1 CON penalty. From page 23 until 26 of the same book you find details the green elven culture. And the Dragon magazine 222 mentioned above also brings some info about wood elven colonies, although it contradicts some other lore (I've been working in conciling them, though).
