Are there any titans left in the Realms? Not talking about the Dawn Titans or primordials or anything like that but vanilla 3.5 MM I titans. Is there any of these referenced in canon material?

Titans in 1E were basically just really big top-of-the-line giants. That is, they were mega monsters, like dragons, which PCs might fight or interact with on occassion. They might be encountered anywhere in the Realms.

2E promoted titans to Titans, making each one a sort of demigod of something, every specimen was a unique entity with a smattering of powers related to a sort of theme or “portfolio“. They also tended to be strongly associated with certain deific pantheons. None of these would normally be found in the Realms, unless perhaps chasing errant planeswalkers or summoned to serve one of the Faerûnian powers.

Not sure about 3E lore and beyond. Although I can‘t recall titans ever being mentioned in any of the Realms fiction, and only incidentally (as entries on encounter tables) in adventure modules.

When working on the map of Vaasa for Dungeon #177, I included a titan realm north of the Lugsaas mountains. The realm is named Kultaakarr, which translates to "Throne of the Titan Lords" in the giant tongue. I had hoped to detail the realm at some point (being a remnant of fallen Ostoria), but officially it's just a location on a map with no supporting lore. So feel free to fill in the details as suits your home campaign.

One of Ed's "Wyrms of the North" articles - Olothontor I think - mentions titans living in the Sword Mountains north of Waterdeep.

Many thanks to you both, Mr. James and Mr. Krashos!

Found the references and i think the titans of Kultaakarr will suit my needs perfectly if i have just a bunch of them (with maybe a elder one) ruling over cloud, frost, stone and storm giants.

After all, it seems to me titans in the Realms (as opposed to sent to the Realms from godly demiplanes to do the bidding of this or that deity) were always scarce: we have just the sons of Annam, the brothers mentioned in the Olothontor article and Omo the titan thane that kills Zhoukoudien in -31500.
So even in a titan kingdom there wouldn't be large numbers of them, just a few ruling over other types of giants.
