Something odd just popped in my head. So, Zotha was possibly the god of the second moon, which was a moon made primarily of ice. It comes crashing into Toril, where the ice melts in -31000 DR roughly. This forms the sea of fallen stars. Then around -25500 (yeah, we're talking about 5500 years), along comes a "minor sea god" who starts making it with Othea. Said deity eventually sinks into the northern waters and produces the great glacier (a big hunk of ice).

I'm just thinking, it could be interesting if Ulutiu was Zotha. Given that Ulutiu is also favored of beast totem great spirits worship (through totems such as the Grey Seal, Grandfather Walrus, Great White Bear, and Pindal-Pau the Reindeer mother) .... and that Selune birthed Lurue..... and that Zotha may have been a second moon..... could Lurue be the product of Selune and Zotha/Ulutiu "mating"?

Alavairthae, may your skill prevail
