I just thought I'd go over this, with some help from Player's Guide to Faerun, and determine what from the various 3.5 edition Monster Manuals (and probably Fiend Folio as well) in the Realms, namely outsiders that belong to certain Core D&D planes. Here's what I've got thus far.
Anyway, here's what I could come up with for certain extraplanar monsters from the Core Monster Manual.
Achaierai - Barrens of Doom and Despair Archons - House of the Triad Barghests - Clangor or the Barrens of Doom and Despair Eladrin - Arvandor or Gates of the Moon Formians - Unknown Guardianls - House of Nature Howlers - The Supreme Throne Inevitables - The Fugue Plane or House of the Triad Night Hags - Barrens of Doom and Despair, Fury's Heart, or the Supreme Throne Nightmare - Barrens of Doom and Despair Titan - Warrior's Rest Vargouille - Barrens of Doom and Despair or Fury's Heart Yeth Hound - Fury's Heart

| The formians live on Arcadia in generic DnD so the most natural place for them on the Tree would be the House of the Triad though they could easily live on other planes as well such as the Blood Rift and Dweomerheart, since generic formians are also noted as being found in Hades and Mechanus. |

According to the Monster Manual, the Formians lived on the plane of Mechanus, not Arcadia. I was considering either the Fugue Plane or Cynosure, but the latter definitely didn't sound like a place for any creature other than deities meeting to take their affairs to court. |

| I was going by the Manual of the Planes, not the Monster Manual. Formians have made their homes primarily on Arcadia since their inception. Like I already wrote, they are also found on Mechanus and Hades - the FR equivalents of which are Dweomerheart and the Blood Rift. |
