Out of both games, what were your favorite Villains and Npc's? You can give a reason why if you'd like, or simply state the one(s) you enjoyed most from the iconic game! My favorites were Irenicus, Renal Bloodscalp, Aran Linvail, Edwin, and Gorion.

Unfortunately it's already been a while since I last played the games (just due to lack of time), but thinking about it, my favorite villains where:

1) The Twisted Rune
2) The adventurer party led by Chinchilla in ToB, really funny...
3) Bodhi
4) Arkanis Gath, for being unkillable, although him being a villain can be questioned to a certain degree...

The twisted rune was always a popular choice.
Haha I remember that in ToB xD
Bodhi was formitable with her vampyres. >_<
And yes, that makes sense kind of questionable really. But valid point.

I actually rather enjoyed Volo, sometimes. Mainly other characters like Renal Bloodscalp, and Erin Linvail.

Ajantis! I loved this guy. I put the Gold Plate Armour on him and used to call him "Ajantis the Golden Knight". Oh my childhood was so wonderful. It broke my heart to kill him in BG2 :(((((((

I also loved Sarevok and as someone above said, Noober and Neeber. Oh and Edwin too! I never run through the game without Ajantis and/or Edwin.

Arkanis wasn't unkillable it's just that his weapon was essentially a '1 hit and you're dead deal'. I liked the cameo appearance of Zallanora Argentresses (better known as Shoon VII) who turns up if you cast too much magic in Athkatla. Unfortunately, all she does is 'port in, summons up some death and then leaves before you have a good chance to kill her.

When life turns it's back on you...sneak attack for extra damage.

No he was definitely unkillable. I CTRL + Y'd the hell out of that guy (the console cheat to do like 1,000 damage) and he didn't die.

Edwin was very much loved by many fans, his witty attitude won me over to say the least.
