I'm unshure as to what I am to do? Do I simply E-mail Alaundo, or do I just post it here?

Nice name. Glad to see you remembered yourself......

The Chosen of Vhaeraun
"Nature is governed by certain immutable rules. By virtue of claw and fang, the lion will always triumph over the goat.Given time, the pounding of the sea will wear away the stone. And when dark elves mingle with the lighter races, the offspring invariably take after the dark parent. It is all much the same. That which is greater shall prevail. Our numbers increase steadily, both through birth and conquest. The dark elves are the dominant race, so ordained by the gods." Ka'Narlist of the Ilythiiri.

It's in Silmarillion, too. "The Guardian of the tower", or something. Ask Muad'Dib, he knows

In LotR he was the father of the Crazy "Caretaker" of Gondors throne. I liked the name, so I snatched it!

Where did you see it in BG2???

Ah, yes, now I remember. And it was in the BG 2 owners manual under character sheet. They gave an example photo, and the elven ranger's name was Ecthelion.

If it's any comfort the name is *supposed* to be Ec'Thelion (Can't be TOO unoriginal, now can we?)
