Has anyone seen the Players Guide to Faerun? I think I'm going to purchase it when it comes out in March, because I, out of all our group, DM the least, and am normally a player. I just wanted to know the opinions of the esteemed candlekeep scribes. I wasn't sure whether the info was all new, some new/some review, or all old stuff that's just reviewed.

I know a Table of Contents for this March release was put out by Richard Baker on the WOTC board and also put up on ENWorld. From what I recall, it's an update of some previously published material as well as some new material for the product. No idea of the ratio of old/new. I thought I recalled hearing that it would update the timeline. Something that would be nice to see.
I'll most likely get it...but I'm not going to be rushing to the store. I'll just wait til Amazon gets it, order it via them, and send it back for a refund if it's horrible.
Gaming Report's website just had a feature today giving out some information about the guide. |
