As the title says. MM 3.5 has them at +2 str & dex, -2 con & int. While FRCS and RoF, both 3.0 but both FR specific has them at their original stats +2 str&dex, -2 con, int & cha. MM 3.0 also used to have them this way but dropped the -2 to cha in 3.5. I've yet to see them updated to 3.5 stats in any FR sourcebook. So what's the canon ruling to this? Should someone use the 3.5 stats or the original 3.0 stats for a 3.5 game? The -2 to cha really hurts.

Normally, newer sources trump older sources. World-specific sources also trump generic, 'core' sources.

I'm not sure which trumps which in this case. Personally, I'd just drop the -CHA anyway, and give them a -2 reaction modifier to outsiders/non-elves (which is where I am assuming the original -2 to CHA derived from).
