Does anyone else remember an expansion on the lower levels of Darkhold? Perhaps in Polyhedron or Dungeon Magazine? My memory recalls additional chambers, including one that had the spellcaster spell on it and continually cast fireballs every few rounds...
Unfortunately, I have no idea where I'm getting that from and it could be from something else.
No... in the Castles set the lower level "ends" with a caved in tunnel. The source I'm thinking of picked up where that map left off... on the other side of the cave in.
Well, I found the spell "Spellcaster" in the Wizard's Spell Compendium. 8th level spell that makes an object cast the same spell over and over. I know that the article I am looking for is the original source of that spell. All I can think is it must be from a product I don't have the PDF of and used to have the hard copy... Anyone have a clue?
