INITIATE OF BHAAL
You have been initiated into the greatest secrets of the church of Bhaal.
Prerequisites: Patron deity Bhaal, cleric level 6th or has the death attack class feature
Benefit: If you are a cleric, the Lord of Murder empowers you with every life you take. When you slay a creature of not less than your CR - 5, you gain a +2 profane bonus to attack and damage rolls, and +5 bonus hp for one minute per two caster levels.
If you are an assassin, you gain the same benefit when a creature dies as a result of your death attack, and additionally your Intelligence score is treated as being 2 points higher for the purpose of determining the DC of your death attack.

In addition, you add the following spells to your spell list:

3rd - attraction, deathsight
4th - gift of murder

Attraction
Enchantment (charm) [mind-affecting]
Level:
Bhaal 2

This spell functions as charm person, save that the caster has a +4 bonus to Charisma with respect to influencing that target. In addition, a target only has a +2 bonus to its save when being threatened by the caster's allies.

Gift of Murder
Necromancy
Level:
Bhaal 4
Components: V, S, DF
Casting Time: standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 round/caster level

Upon completion of this spell, you gain the ability to inflict a death attack as an assassin of one-half your level. If you already have the death attack class feature, you may instead inflict a death attack after one round of studying your target, and additionally benefit from a +4 bonus to the save DC.

INITIATE OF MYRKUL [INITIATE]
You have been initiated into the greatest secrets of the church of Myrkul.
Prerequisites: Patron deity Myrkul, cleric level 9th.
Benefit: You are immune to ability damage and drain to your physical ability scores. Also, once per day when casting a spell with the [death] descriptor, you can choose to ignore any natural or magical immunity to death effects possessed by your target.

In addition, you add the following spells to your spell list.
1st – chill of the grave
4th – touch of years
5th - wither limb
8th – quench the spirit

Quench the Spirit
Necromancy [Death, Evil]
Level:
Myrkul 8

As finger of death, but the slain target rises as a ju-ju zombie under the caster’s control within one round. The zombie does not count towards the caster’s limit of created or controlled undead.

I like these, although I think the benefit for the Bhaal feat is somewhat overpowered. The duration is huge.

The Bhaal one is very overpowered. You're effectively taking a feat that can give you +5 to hit and damage & +25 hit points for pretty much all day by killing some creatures you summon with a monster summoning spell. Compare that to weapon focus that only gives you +1 to hit with a certain weapon, or weapon specialization that only gives a minor bonus to damage. Remove the part about stacking entirely and make the damage a +2 and you've got a viable feat (some may still say overpowered, but it does require life sacrifice).

You could also make the Bhaal one a Feat-tree instead, still requiring an additional sacrifice for each +1. Still over-powered, but you'd have to give up five feat slots to get the full-effect (so you then have to consider the net worth compared to other progressions). I'd also pair down the duration to once per encounter/per 10 minutes to avoid the 'perpetual boost' problem.

EDIT: another way to go would be make it level-based (+1 per five priest levels). A level 25 priest is already something to be reckoned with, and the +5/+25 becomes almost negligible at that tier.

Good stuff, I like these. They are powerful, but not overpowered (and there's plenty of those available).
