Lands of Intrigue (pg 14): Tuth killed a green dragon and took its hoard... which green dragon was this? And when did this happen?

Is this elaborated on in a source I haven't seen? (I googled and searched Candlekeep first this time!)

Regardless of the man's flaws, he gets kudos for poisoning a dragon without waking it up... and a green dragon, at that.
