Found a settlement with this name on the FRIA map, just west and slightly north of Noanoar's Hold, which is west of the Lost Peaks in the High Forest.

Anyone know where this is from, or anything about it?

I don't think there's much.

The only mention I can recall for Trollbridge at the moment, is in the entry for Dead Dragon Gorge from Drizzt Do'Urden's Guide to the Underdark. And that's largely just a reference about the town's location.
