I am looking for information about a set of tomes called 'The Library of Law'. It is supposed to be a collection of books/scrolls located in Thay and is used as ultimate resource when a Tharchions or Zulkir faces a complicated/serious legal problem. The only reference I could find is a passage in the Unapproachable East sourcebook that states those tomes exist, nothing more. Any hints are appreciated!
