I'd like this module but don't want to buy the old box just to get it. Has it been reproduced anywhere?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, a year or two ago WotC pulled all PDF versions of their older edition products from paizo.com and driverthrurpg.com, in addition to their 4E material.

Wizards has also recently purged the hidden old-edition downloads from their site. Their old webpages and pdf downloads can still be found archived in other places, although they are disappearing. I won't be surprised when the 3E archives also vanish. Some other great web resources - like Brian James' site - are also gone now (although in Brian's case it could just as easily be his personal choice as it could've been Wizbro's fiat, I don't want to provoke what amounts to being prejudiced accusations and conspiracy theory).

Save your copies while you can.
