Next up: Renaming my Persian Persuader and Shahanshah (very blatant scimitars) "Icingdeath" and "Twinkle".
Also, renaming one of my Spy daggers "Entreri's Vampiric Dagger" or "Entreri's Jewelled Dagger". (I so wish it had a name!)
Annnd probably gonna rename one of my Scout bats "Pikel's Sha-la-la". Hahaha.
Also, theres a metal shield (Splendid Screen), I'm considering renaming "Bruenor's Battlehammer Shield"
There are a couple typical swords for Demoman and one for Scout, one of which I'd like to name "Charon's Claw", despite their lack of ash-spewing enchantment. Hahaha. No particular reason aside from it being my favorite blade in the books I've read.
Annnd Sniper's bow, The Huntsman, is getting renamed "Taulmaril, The Heartseeker". That's for sure.
There's also a sledgehammer for Pyro (The Homewrecker) I want to rename "Aegis-Fang".
Annnd I've got a wide-brimmed, plumed hat for Spy (Charmer's Chapeau) which looks almost exactly like I always imaged Jarlaxle's. So that's definitely getting named "Jarlaxle's Plumed Hat".
Whew, I'm gonna have to save up a lot of metal to trade for all these nametags...
Any other good ideas?

Sharpened Volcano Fragment for Pyro -> "King Harbromm's Defender" (Sure, no specific name, but that should suffice).
Scottsman's Skullcutter or HHHH for Demoman -> Bleeder (the name of Roddy McGristle's axe) or Bruenor's Battlehammer Axe.
Holy Mackerel for Scout -> Umberlee's Blessing (Not an actual weapon in official lore, but I think it'd be humorous  )
Sun-on-a-Stick for Scout -> Dawnspeaker (Lathander's mace)
Claidheamh Mòr for Demoman -> Khazid'hea
Fists of Steel or Eviction Notice for Heavy -> Gutbuster Gauntlets (kind-of self-explanatory, right?  )
Disguise Kit for Spy (if it can be renamed) -> Agatha's Mask |

Just so you know, only the beard & pipe item is edited by the poster of that image for the intended purpose. Otherwise, the names on the other items are what they are in the actual game. |
