Hello guys , Im about to start a campaign in the Moonsea and the deities I'll be focusing on at the very beginning are Mask and Loviatar.
I would like to ask for some help, please.

I'm going to use a NPC that worships Mask, and I want to give Mask some special attention, but the Mysteries of the Moonsea book doesn't have enough information about his influence there, in my opinion. Her name is Nashira.

Nashira is a female Beguiler from Zhentil Keep disguised as a Tymora's worshipper that seeks revenge on Cyric's clergy that killed her father (a cleric of Mask) in 1368DR. She's adventuring to acquire wealth for herself, as well as any information that could bring Cyric's worshippers to ruin.

The PCs are from Neutral or Good alignment, and I want her to stay in the group for too long. We can see her adventuring with them. But during breaks to learn feats and train skills she could be found gambling, blackmailing, paying for information, hiring mercenaries to find useful information about Cyric's clergy and anything that could bring her more gold, magic items, etc.

I'll be using most of the adventures found in that book, but I do want to create my own npcs and quests. I got a pic of a beaufitul mourning lady (which I decided to use as a Nanther noble) and I want her to hire (through an intermediary) the players to infiltrate Bruils' home in search for useful information (around 6th~7th level/3.5 edition), but I don't know how dangerous that place could be, since the Bruils tend to be aggresive (in my opinion) and one guy from there leads an army.
Well, I want her to be a "black sheep" just like Killian Nanther, and the reason is because she fell in disgrace after her father's death (Dundeld Nanther), that means she embraced an evil deity, but I don't know which one would be more suitable
Moreover, I want her to be the next "Lord" of Envoy and I want the Pcs to be the main tools she used to achieve that, but they can't figured out until she's sitting that spot.

I'm going to use the "Trouble in Pain" quest, and as the book suggests, once they finish that, they will leave Melvaunt for a while.
But I want the Loviatar's clergy to chase them, I know they are not worried about Jonah Strake but his wing still is a Temple of Loviatar, so I can't accept they would ignore the fact.
That means I would like more information about Suzildara Sharranen or how to "design" her. I mean, possessions, influence, common habits and even a sadist portrait .
*I've been looking for bdsm pictures, but I can't find anything suitable. Because despite Loviatar's appearance I don't want that picture to carry a deep sexual "connotation".

And to finish my questions, I would like to know your opinion about a depraved Loviatar's priest. I don't want to go deep into the sexual concept in my campaign, but you know, semi-nude victims are better torture targets than an armored one, so I assume their victims and even the priests (self-flagellating) tend to have most of the body parts uncovered. And we can assume that intimate parts are sensitive, sadists like to inflict pain in sensitive parts, so that means a Loviatar priest would like to inflict pain in nude victims (or themselves) in such parts? If so, most of them or all of them?
If not, why?

Thanks folks, and sorry if I mistyped too much, English is not my first language.

Breaking into the Bruil's estate would probably be difficult for the level your looking at seeing as Lord Bruil is the Lord of Keys and probably very cautious about the security of his home. Of course you can explain it however you want, if you feel it's necessary for your campaign. I'd make it difficult for a group of 6th to 7th level PCs.

As for Suzildara Sharranen and depraved Loviatar's priests, I suggest spells from the Book of Vile Darkness, as well as feats from there and Champions of Ruin. Main weapons would probably be Scourges (Complete Warrior/FRCS) and heavy blades like longswords. I don't see them wearing fullplate but definitly spiked breastplates and possibly studded/spiked leather armor. I can also see them having a few levels of rogue and Craft (Poisonmaking) skill ranks.

If you want to use them, these NPCs are what I came up for in my up and coming Moonsea campaign:
