I haven't found a new group to play with, and my GF isn't interested in playing 1-on-1 adventures, so I was thinking of playing some solo adventures.
I know there are some solo adventures for Basic D&D (BSolo Ghost of Lion Castle, and XSolo Lathan's Gold) as well as a 4e solo adventure in Dragon #382 (Dark Awakenings). I also though there were a few solo adventures in some of the older Dungeon magazines, is there a list of these somewhere, or does anyone know more solo adventures? The edition is not an issue for me.

Well there can be online, though there you take your chances, for multi player interaction.
As to solo play indeed BD&D and 1st did offer a few, I do not recall which they were. A search might find them. 1st also some guidelines on how to do solo play, you of course victim of the dice. |
"Small beings can have small wisdom," the dragon said. "And small wise beings are better than small fools. Listen: Wisdom is caring for afterwards." "Caring for afterwards ...? Ker repeated this without understanding. "After action, afterwards," the dragon said. "Choose the afterwards first, then the action. Fools choose action first." I just registered at a play-by-post site about a month ago and while it's a completely different experience (particularly in pacing--I just finished a fifteen day fight against a giant spider, for example) I'm really enjoying it. It really points up the collaborative story-telling aspect of RPGs.
On topic, I think there's a solo adventure in the new 4E Red Box. |

I played BSOLO Ghost of Lion Castle and I had a blast playing it last night, I managed to get 4 characters killed . I also found the hidden entries of M1 Blizzard Pass online.

A friend told me that the solo adventure functions as a tutorial to 4e Essentials, similar to the solo adventure from the original red box. I'll see if I can borrow it from him. |

I have to say that the new Red Box is awesome. It doesn't cost much either, so I would encourage anyone new to the game to buy it! |
The Old Grey Box and AD&D for me! |

Have you considered online virtual table top / VoIP games? I gamed with a group for years, and then we moved all over the country to different places. We still play a weekly FR game by using Maptool and Skype, and franly, in many ways it is better than playing face-to-face-- you obviously lose somethings, but there are some really neat features to maptool.
Anyhow, if you are interested, send me an email. My campaign has been running for a little under 3 years, and the PCs are all approx. level 21 now. We've got a website, chock full of FR lore that we've appropriated and developed: http://www.thetangledweb.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?373-Nether-Scrolls-III
