Hi Scribes!

I've heard that Ed wrote about some interesting FR characters, describing them in details. I'm looking for references about them...

(Maybe in 4ed Dungeon and Dragon magazines?)

P.s.: I can't actually made the research myself, so help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I wish I could help with the 4e stuff, Arioch. But, alas 'tis not my specialty. It seems so many of Ed's iconic characters are being knocked off or replaced. I'd heartily recommend the 2e books, Heroes and Villains Lorebooks for detailed information on a plethora of Ed's NPCs.

Which characters are you looking for? Please be specific- he's done too many to mention them all.

The Goddess is alive, and magic is afoot.

"You idiots! You've captured their STUNT doubles!" -Spaceballs

You are right! Sorry, but I was on my Iphone and typing is a pain

A friend of mine tells me about some recent DDI article in which Ed detailed two tomb robbers: Gergul and Mithgryn.

I'm curious to know if there are other similar articles.

Thanks!

EDIT: Aside from those in "Eye of the Realms"

I'm not aware of any, as I don't subscribe. You might do a search on the site in their archives for articles by Ed.

Ed's [only, at least for the moment] main contributions to the 4e DDI are largely in the "Eye on the Realms" series.

And yes, several unique and intriguing Ed-created characters have indeed been featured as part of this series of articles.

Thank you both, Sage and Alystra

Edit: There are other similar Ed's articles in/for previous editions' Dungeon or Dragon?

Here they are! Its a DDI article.

"These things also I have observed: that knowledge of our world is
to be nurtured like a precious flower, for it is the most precious
thing we have. Wherefore guard the word written and heed
words unwritten and set them down ere they fade . . . Learn
then, well, the arts of reading, writing, and listening true, and they
will lead you to the greatest art of all: understanding."
