Nope. Kyriani was in Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. Forgotten Realms focuses on Priam Agrivar (her half-brother), Ishi Barasume, Foxilon Cardluck, Dwalimar Omen, Vartan Hai Sylvar, and Minder.
For Kyri, you have to wait an extra month. Advanced Dungeons & Dragons |

Awesome, I'll have to take a look at both of them.
Although for the AD&D collection... does anyone else see that character in the upper right corner and think Cutter Kinseeker from Elfquest? |

Man...I loved those comics...was sad when they went away.
Lost/sold/had stolen all my comics of the Realms since then.
I do remember that the Wizard Omen was given stats somewhere though... |

Heh. I made my pre-order at the local comic store late last year. They know I love all this kind of stuff, so they pretty much already set aside a potential order for me. They're neat folk. |

And for reference purposes, she was also mentioned in Powers & Pantheons, For Duty & Deity, Cloak & Dagger, and Steven Schend's Blackstaff. Lost Empires of Faerűn as well. |

She being Kyriani. She's also statted up in City of Splendors: Waterdeep, which not only names her as a Moonstar agent, but a Lord of Waterdeep. |

Well, no. Ed wasn't, and neither was Kim Mohan, nor any of the other TSR staffers who appeared in a certain issue . . .
I can go and check on Ed's stats personally, for those interested . . . love to all, THO |

Everybody Wants to Rule the Realms... Love that one! Particularly the forklift full of Edlore and Elminster discussing pottery. Oh, and all the guys tripping over themselves looking at Kyri in a bikini.
But to clarify, for Dalor, the main characters of the comics were statted out in those named issues of Dragon. |

I am interested!
And don't forget fellow scribes, if we can guess Ed's alternate identity in Waterdeep then he will tell us a tale of three! |
I hope Candlekeep continues to be the friendly forum of fellow Realms-lovers that it has always been, as we all go through this together. If you don’t want to move to the “new” Realms, that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with either you or the “old” Realms. Goodness knows Candlekeep, and the hearts of its scribes, are both big enough to accommodate both. If we want them to be. (Strikes dramatic pose, raises sword to gleam in the sunset, and hopes breeches won’t fall down.) Enough for now. The Realms lives! I have spoken! Ale and light wines half price, served by a smiling Storm Silverhand fetchingly clad in thigh-high boots and naught else! Ahem . . So saith Ed. <snip> love to all, THO

I'm glad these are being done; I never read most of Jeff's Realms comics. (Though I'd like a Dark Horse-style omnibus even better.) |

I found them quite enjoyable, and I particularly liked the fact that one of the minor characters (Tertius Wands) popped up in a couple of Realms of anthologies. |

Like most comics, there's material inside these issues which can raise a few eyebrows, but also make us treasure the stories they've told.
They're well worth at least one read-through. |

Myself, I have always loved these comics. They've helped pull me into the Realms more and more when I started gaming and am overjoyed they'll be reprinted into collections. I've even had the benefit of using some aspects of them briefly in my old campaigns (Such as the Moon Penguin of Boof). So now to eagerly await their release. |
