Sure thing, Matt!
I know that, between myself and Alaundo, we probably feel that we've got "everything" covered. But I'd rather have too many eyes looking things over, than not -- because it's the little things, as Arik noted earlier, that make Candlekeep the special place that it is when compared to most other FR online community sites.

I've noticed that few of my sent PMs have ever been preserved in my PM Outbox, though my Inbox is reliable. My Outbox only contains 3 messages, and they are dated in 2009. But I've sent many PMs since then. I just sent another one a few moments ago!
It's a hassle if I go to a lot of trouble to document and format an outgoing message, and then I want to go back to it later, only to find that it has disappeared.
And I don't really recall which PMs have been replied to, versus which have not, when I can't even recall all of my sent PMs in the first place.
On a brighter note, I haven't run into the dreaded ASP error in six months. That comes as a very welcome relief. |

Well, for the past 12 hours I've been unable to connect to the forum, and downforeveryoneorjustme.com listed the forum as being down for everyone.
If it helps, the error information my browser gave me was thus: Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error. |

Aye. I'll have to apologise for the lengthy outage. Know, however, that we've been working diligently to get things running somewhat smoothly again. |

Well met
Apologies to all for the server issues of late. I have reset the topic/reply counts to put the page numbers etc back in sync. Currently, Candlekeep is undergoing a transition between web hosts. This is out of the normal time-slots for such activity (which would normally take place Jan/Feb), but on this occassion, a takeover of the domain server hosts is ongoing. This may explain the outage and issues, although I am still looking into this. |

Since yesterday, pages load like snails...Is this true to most? And the ASP error is relentless. |

I've had some random ASP errors, and just a couple minutes ago, I had a handful of threads load just fine, and the rest I was trying to view just endlessly try to load. I had to close those latter pages and relaunch (as in, open to a new window) those threads to get them to open.
Edit: and an ASP 0113 error posting this comment. |

That's exactly what I've been doing since the dawn of ASP error.
Hmm, Sage, Big Al, perhaps it's high time to have CK 2.0? |

The wheels are certainly in motion. In fact, it looks like we may be getting things started early next year.

Well, SageTime is somehow intricately based on GMT. I may be assuming to much when I suggest that Sage might have family and workplace commitments which steal him away from Candlekeep. Plus, he needs time to eat his morning gruel like all the rest of us. |

Well, actually, since I'm residing in the Great O' Southern Land, I'm enjoying my early evening gruel on a Wednesday night.
Arik's on the mark regarding family and workplace committments however. Free time, for me at least, is rarer than a unicorn here. |

Se what happens when I assume? I'd assumed Sage of Perth meant you only originated from there (Australia) and actually live in proximity to Candlekeep GMT (UK/EU) ... whoops. |

Yes, I believe that had something to do with what Alaundo was speaking about the other day. The transition between web hosts will likely lead to further lengthy outages again, in the future.

CK servers appeared to be entirely offline most of the day. Not even "Error ASP 0113" pages.
