Poll Question:
Is there any interest in an "Adventurer's Board" here on Candlekeep for trying to find fellow players for Forgotten Realms games?

For myself, I would love a place here on Candlekeep that could be updated somehow to have a way of finding other players. |

Dalor, I'll just note that the Adventuring shelf here at Candlekeep has previously served in the function you're asking about here.
Besides, I'm not really convinced we'd need another dedicated shelf for it anyway, because this site isn't all that "busy" in terms of gamers looking for fellow gamers to game with. |

+1 Yes. People who don't want the resource just won't use it anyways. A good "central" place to post PbP-related news and content so the regular scrolls remain uncluttered. |

Again, I'll reiterate what I said back in August... the Adventuring shelf has, in the past, served as an "Adventurer's Board" for fellow gamers. I don't see why it can't continue to function that way still.

I agree with Sage. How hard would it be to post on the Adventuring shelf that your looking for a group in X? There's no need to create a whole new shelf. |
I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.

Y'know, when you put it in that context I don't even understand what the big problem was in the first place. The Adventuring shelf is a bit, ah, disheveled perhaps, but it seems to be working just fine.
I thought the OP wanted something analogous to running "DM/Players Wanted" ads for RL cities ... I voted Yes because that seems like a good thing to have. |
