In BG1 the city of BG is ruled by a council of elected "Grand Dukes". Three of them are mentioned (that I remember); Duke Eltan, Liia Jannath, and Entar Silvershield. My questions are;
1. How many GD's are on the ruling council?
2. If the council has more than three members, who were the remaining GD's?

According toForgotten Realms Adventures, which pre date the game by a few years: The COunsil of Four are elected for life or until they resign. The members at that time were Entar Silvershield (LG hm F21), Liia Jannath (CG hm W16), Belt (CN hm F16) and Eltan (LN hm 19).
So in other words, four members and Belt is not mentioned. |

Belt is mentioned in the game too.
And alas, the BG1 pdf guide (the one that goes with the game) gives the same names and same levels.
There are always four GD's on the council. If one dies, there is an election (like Sarevok tried to do for himself) or dead one is resurrected (Eltan/Eltar, don't remember which). |
