I'm looking for a map of Starmantle, the small city on the Dragon Cost.
Someone know if there is an official one?

I don't immediately recall there being a published official map for Starmantle. But both Twilight Falling and Dawn of Night feature Starmantle. As does Ed's Temptation of Elminster. You could use the details from those books to plot out a map for yourself.
