I have wanted to learn more about this Great city (Berdusk) as well as others in the Western Heartlands every since it was left out of the Baldur's Gate ToTSC add on. I have maps from my Interactive Atlas and found some info. but I am curious about (1) who the High Lady is or rather what is her name,(2) and is this the main Harper base? If a main base exists at all. (3)What is the best source of information (web and/or manuals)on the Western Heartlands or the specific area of Sunset Vale. Any Info. of any type is welcome.

Faraer do you happen to know anywhere you can get pictures (not maps)of the inside of Berdusk? I tried searching but no luck, thought you might know of an artist other than the sketchs from the books you recommended.I love the books but I guess I need more. |

I have looked around for some pictures of Berdusk as well, but haven't found any. (the Twilight Dawn PbeM is set there) There is some small artwork in Volo's Guide to the Sword Coast, but they don't convey a good (or IMO the right) idea of the place.
Elsewhere in this library is a question regarding Cylyria Dragonbreast's condition. It has been reported that she suffered some affliction - magical, poison, natural? - but that question is as yet unanswered.
Myabe George Krashos or Sage of Perth know something? |

*William: Thank you Mumadar,I wish I had something other than the map of the city.Like some of the Waterdeep maps,If I were an artist I would draw my own and see if WotC would approve it for general use. I always wanted to build a mod with Berdusk in BG or BG2 since they left it out of BGTotSC.I also asked to lurk in Twilight Dawn, hopefully I will be allowed. |

William, I missed your post of 10 Sep.
I can't think of any other Berdusk pictures. The 'sketches' in VGSC, though, are by Valerie Valusek, the artist whose work (alongside Ned Dameron's) matches the Realms more than any other. |

William, I also missed you original post..., but after reading it, I think I may have some maps (mostly drawn up from references taken about the area of Berdusk) in my group's archives that you may find interesting.
I'll send you a small sample, and if they prove interesting for you, I'll send you the rest of the copies I have.

I haven't seen your request for invite yet William. You might want to drop me an e-mail to this link if you're still interested. The game will restart after a period of inactivity beginning of November - there is already some activity going on, but regular posting will only begin in the 11th month. |
