Yvette's forsaken baby, why wont she take the thing back? I accepted her quest, but the thread for her to give me ex points does not appear. I am a good paladin, but I might cut the wench down.
Second: I am at the gate to confront Aribeth and stooge boy (can't remember his name, starts with an M and he took over the Brotherhood) and I was about to divide gore once more, to mangle a quote, and I can't get through the forsaken gate. WHERE IS THE KEY?
<Dragon goes off to a corner and draws his sword and attacks the innocent stone wall nearby>

The problem with the forsaken baby quest sounds like a bug in the game. Have you installed the latest game patch from Bioware?
It's been a loooong time since I played the original story, but if I remeber right, there is a flesh golem that you have to defeat that is guarding the portal. Once it's destroyed, the portal should open up. Again sounds like bug in the game that the latest patch should fix. |

ok, no patch installed. But it isn't the portal that is closed to me. I can reach the top of the tower, and stare at Aribeth, Maugrim, and Morag (SP?) and their escort. The gate will not open, it will not be picked, it does not say I need a key, and my sword bounces off of it like its made of rubber.
<Palidin snorts and flames briefly appear out of his nostrils>
I am off to seek a patch. Why can't they get it right before they sell it? |

A Flesh Golem?
It was a Half-Dragon *Balor* guarding the entrance to Aribeth's sanctum in the SP campaign.
I haven't played the MP version, but the portal to the inner chamber where you battle Aribeth appears once you've done away with said beast.
I can't help you with Yvonnes baby, but a note of advice, if you have a high enough persuasion skill you can get Aribeth to turn herself over to Lord Nasher once you've defeated her. Otherwise you'll just have to kill her.
