While the stats may match up and function well, the backstory makes no sense. A CR32 rogue of his might would have long ago been dealt with for allegiance in Silverymoon, or been dealt with at the end of some serious violence. Leaders don't like having people of serious power around like that. So, that's my issue with the character.
