The message title says it all. The last update was August 2008. That was over a year ago.
While the forums remain vibrant and interesting, the lack of a site update is concerning me. Please don't take this as a criticism. I just want to know if there's a problem and what, if anything, I could do to help.
On a more selfish note, if I were to write a review of an FR novel, would there be any point in submitting it to the site now?
Yours,
JDD

When WoTC gets off their duff and produces a true guidline with how they are going to handle fan websites and the material they produce. |
Session Reports posted at RPG Geek. Stem the Tide Takes place in Mistledale. Dark Curtains - Takes place in the Savage North, starting in Nesmé. I wrapped my campaign into the Hoard of the Dragon Queen, but it takes place in 1372 DR. |

Alaundo's been really busy with non Candlekeep-related stuff for over a year now, so aspects of Candlekeep, like the Site Updates, have fallen way behind.
Wenin is partly correct, also. But that's not the only reason, since novel release updates, and notices about FR RPG lore from the DDI really wouldn't need to be covered by the Fan Site Policy. Most of the contents of the Site Updates, in fact, probably wouldn't be affected by the dictates of the Fan Site Policy anyway, so there isn't much of a problem in that regard. It's simply an issue of time, and not having enough of it.
