I have the Serpent Kingdoms supplement, but I was wondering what other places the creator races have been detailed.

The Grand History of the Realms has some tasty bits on the Creator races towards the "Days of Thunder" (prehistory) section at the start of the book. To my knowledge, there's also brief references in Cormanthyr: Empires of the Elves, The Savage Frontiers, and Old Empires, but GHotR has it put together in a fashion I've not seen elsewhere.

One usually has far more to fear from the soft-spoken wizard with a blade and well-worn boots than from the boisterous one in the ivory tower.

They've never received any great or particular focus, aside from Serpent Kingdoms. However the Creator Races were first mentioned by Paul Jaquays [the 'creator' of the concept] in FR5 The Savage Frontier and REF3 Lords of Darkness. See also Dragons of Faerūn [in the "Wyrms of the North" section] and Powers & Pantheons as well.

I know it is not canon, but the computer game neverwinter nights 1 main campaign is centered on the creator race (though it is uncovered rather far in the game).

Thanks for the pointers! I love what I've seen about the creator races and I've actually been trying to incorporate them into a campaign.

umm actually the plague was cannonized in aghotr.

and those creator races in nwn1 were the sarruk(mispelled??)

why is being a wizard like being a drow? both are likely to find a dagger in the back from a rival or one looking to further his own goals, fame and power

"aghotr"?

Edit: A Grand History of the Realms. I've worked it out now.

Ken: You from the States?
Jimmy: Yeah. But don't hold it against me.
Ken: I'll try not to... Just try not to say anything too loud or crass.
