I'm needing to know CPs and other vital info on each race of elves in the Realms. Please help me.

What's CPs? I assume it's PCs you mean.
I suggest that you get a copy of the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (FRCS), Heroes' Lorebook, Villains Lorebook
And for the races of Elves, they are described in Races of Faerun. On the top of my head there are the Aquatic Elf, the Avariel, the Drow, the Moon Elf, Sun Elf, the Wild Elf, the Wood Elf.
I don't think i forgot one type of elf. |

You forgot the Star Elves, from Unapproachable East.
And as for vital elven information, I am sending you a file by ethereal mail. That should answer your question, at least to an extent.

The Star Elf stats are as follows -

Also check this scroll for more discussion on Star Elves.
Most of their other characteristics are similar to other elves except - the Otherworldly Touch (which is described in the scroll I linked to), and the Extraplanar abilities (which was also explained).

If you were looking for 2e elven races, they are as follows - Gold Elves, Moon Elves, Wild Elves, Sea Elves, and the Dark Elves.
I will be sending you another useful file on this 2e material as well.
