Salabasha, King of Theives. *Bows* Glad to make your acquaintence. How goes this site? A friend told me of this place, and here I am. If someone could lead me in the direction of where the campaigns may be that would be greatly apprechiated. I have a itch I just can't scratch and a little sword swinging should cure it.

Who exactly is spreading the rumors that this is a campaign forum?

You might be able to hunt around for a member who's part of or even running an independant PbeM, but that's it. Sorry.

Greetings Salabasha.
Sorry to inform you that there are no real campaigns going on here, but there is an IC forum going on. It's "The Candlekeep Inn". Just a place for some friendly banter between characters, really.

No quests? Missions? A simple slaying of an Orc? Hmmmmmm....
Is there site you all like that has some?
If not I will gladly tell you some tales from my earliest days when I was but a young feeble man till up to the hard stoked warrior you see today. First, off to the Tavern!

(Strange I have posted 2 sayings yet it says I have none...)

True, they work gracefully, it is the post counter that seems out of tweak.

Ah, that's what you were refering to. (I assume English is not your first language; a "saying" is a quote. For instance, mine is a Chinese saying.)

If you notice, we are in the "Welcome to Candlekeep" area, which includes "Well Met, and Welcome to the Forums" and "The Candlekeep Inn."

This is a zero-credit area. Many people were greeting new scribes just to raise their own post counts, so now Alaundo isn't paying us to stand in the entranceway and wait for newcommers.

Careful, he might assign you work as well!

Alas, my mistake. I take it that the other fourms will increase this, true?
As for Alaundo, he is in charge, no?

Welcome Salabasha. I am Ereithel Pathwarden, a simple Ranger. I too am new here.

I hope you will not let the fact that this is not a PBEM campaign site dissuade you from staying.

It will indeed, Salabasha. Simply visit any of the library sections that interest you, and read through the scrolls contained within. If one should interest you that you wish to make a comment...

And yes, Alaundo the wise is the head scribe in charge.

Well Met Salabasha, and welcome to Candlekeep

I see my fellow scribes have more than welcomed you, I must apologise for my delay in greeting you at the gates, a scribes work is never done and the scrolls just keep piling up

That said, I must dash back to my study. I trust you will find much Realmslore and knowledge within this library. I hope you enjoy your stay.
