The level of the character is completely dependent upon the campaign that he/she is playing in. However since you mentioned that this character's age is 1000 years, I would assume that her class level would be considerably higher than 12th level. Unless of course so did not became a Ranger until very late in her life. Or perhaps she only gains experience in very infrequent situations, or simply does not adventure very much.

she's a princess of the Shinioni elfs. When she was young she was sent to the humman world, separate from her own. Only five years ago was she able to return to her own world, and in doing so endangered her life. Shortly after her arival back to her lands, the evil which had mad her parents send her away in the first place found she was still alive and swore to kill her. She became a ranger as not to endanger anyone, not having to worry about others on her quest to vnkish all evil.
thats a VERY short history on Celia |

One thousand years old? That seems a bit much. What age chart are you using? And what world is this all taking place in? It doesn't sound like the Realms. |

Considering the several references made in the above posts, I think it is safe to assume that it is probably a home-brew campaign. I do not believe I have ever heard anything about Shinioni elves. They also do not appear in any published campaign setting that I am aware of. Perhaps it is a third-party campaign setting published by a company other than WotC.

Actually if it is a home-brew campaign setting, then I do not think that you can provide any information on it here. Perhaps you should visit this forum site. It may help you with D&D based campaign information, if your campaign is non-Realms related.

Also, this forum can be of some assistance. It deals specifically with non-WotC published campaign settings, home-brew material, and former settings that no longer receive support from WotC.

It's not really that confusing. It's just a really detailed world, that's all. It's the most detailed of all the official D&D campaign worlds. |
