I agree that this thread is probably over.

I just want to say that it shouldn't be surprising that a new edition make people think and discuss about the nature of the game. Many other scribes do it, in a very different way than I, using more concrete scenarios, but the issues hidden behind those examples are what I'm talking about in a more abstract way in threads like this.

And for Ash : It's not "me" who is doing thing differently, I'm only bringing in context ideas that were discussed at large years ago over usenet than on The Forge boards.

As for closing the thread, I'd have to agree. This dead horse has been beaten pretty thoroughly.

I actually DO know everything. I just have a very poor index of my knowledge.
