There are several products I've seen alternate cover art for... One of the most notable is Cloak & Dagger; the pics online are almost evenly split between an early version of the cover art and the actual cover art. |

I've never seen this one, actually. Though I have to say, I like the looks of the published one better. Interesting to see none the less. |

The art is nice, but I like the look of the 3e realms cover. Of course one thing that has got me excited about 3rd edition was the parchment look reminded me a lot of the First edition paper quality. Well that and the maps. |
