There are several products I've seen alternate cover art for... One of the most notable is Cloak & Dagger; the pics online are almost evenly split between an early version of the cover art and the actual cover art.

It still bears the old 2nd Ed. FR logo!

I've never seen this one, actually. Though I have to say, I like the looks of the published one better. Interesting to see none the less.

The art is nice, but I like the look of the 3e realms cover. Of course one thing that has got me excited about 3rd edition was the parchment look reminded me a lot of the First edition paper quality. Well that and the maps.
