Is there somewhere the stats to make a malenti (mutated sahuagin) character?

Its listed under the Sahuagin entry in the MM, under "Sahuagin Mutants".

Also check the 2e product Sea of Fallen Stars. It had a playable malenti PC race, the noble malenti.
Doggedly converting 3e back to what D&D should be...
Sigh... And now 4e as well.
