Indeed. And I'm not worried.

Raunielle did say she wanted to meet join the group for breakfast. However, the time of the meeting with Liax was evening (if I recall correctly?), so I figured it wasn't time for food just yet. As for dinner, she ate before the meeting.

:)

Well, ya could add that in my group reply that no one's replied to... yet, except privately.

Okay, but I was wondering where some upscale dining locales would be? Those are the kinds of places Raunielle would suggest for dawnfry.

Hard to answer because the alehouses in Berdusk are not detailed but the Running Stag tavern is pretty average/above average. However, the Heralds Rest festhall is the most expensive place. Both of them are according to Volo.

But there's about a dozen tavern houses, which I listed back on my Berdusk summary, over on the 1st thread, and so we could just take one of them and make it our own, if you prefer one of them over the tavern or festhall.

For some of us, books are as important as almost anything else on earth. What a miracle it is that out of these small, flat, rigid squares of paper unfolds world after world, worlds that sing to you, comfort and quiet and excite you... Books are full of the things that you don't get in real life - wonderful, lyrical language, for instance, right off the bat. - Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird

Sounds like a great idea! I'll check them out.

Came back to edit this but you replied to fast so this is my edit:

The Happy Hearth tavern house (this one is only a little west) and the Bright Moon tavern house (this one is more southeast) are around where your char has her residence.

And the Stag is further south, northeast of the castle.

Happy Hearth tavern house! That name is so cute, I can't resist.

Right, I promise I'll stop assuming people get it when I'm joking (I was just being myself...) even if I leave out some sort of emoticon.

Well,

It looks like Sage just wants to lurk so I have a space open for a character. The three people I had on my wait list are Murmur, Daron, and Reefy.

So, if any of you three are still out there and are interested in a Faerun/Spelljammer/Planescape campaign, make me a 10th level character. I'm ONLY taking one of you though.... So first come first slot filled. If none of those 3 are interested, then I still have a slot open so if someone else is interested, then contact me.

EDIT: Okay, forget this, Sage decided he'd rather actually RP and not lurk.

Meh, you won't be intruding. We really haven't accomplished much, other than bickering. Getting your character in would be extremely easy!!
~Kes

Edit: Plus, add in the fact that I've been looking forward to playing in a game with you for what, 2 games now???

Ack! I seem to have too much blood in my coffee stream!

When did 'common sense' cease to be common?

Aye. I've noticed.

And now you're making my feel worse for initially deciding to cut out on this game.

No worries though. I'll get to posting that brief synopsis of my character later today... if anyone's still interested.

Like the girls (sorry, women) said before me - of course we're still interested. And I even promised not to shave until your character had been finished, so hurry up

Right. Here's that brief synopsis I promised earlier...

Name:- Sayn'uz Karalyn

Gender:- Female

Brief [and very rough] bio:- Sayn'uz is a native of Waterdeep. She's regarded as a virtuoso bard and composer of the tales focusing on the "Gondegal" period of the Forest Kingdom. She is renowned as a performer throughout much of the Western Heartlands, and throughout the lands of Cormyr and Sembia, noted especially for her great showmanship and great skill with a wide variety of selected instruments. Never content to remain static, she is frequently credited with re-defining the concept of the playing of music itself, and much of her personality reflects this apparently "experimental" attitude.

Phys desc:- Sayn'uz is of relatively middle height. Considered just a little over the perception of being "lithe," Sayn'uz doesn't consider herself to be the epitome of "the perfect woman's form." She has a slightly "wild" hint to both her physical and facial features, that gives her an intentional exotic appeal -- likely something she's nurtured as part of her public performances. Her hair is deep brown, with slightly lighter brown streaks at her temples. Her green eyes are flecked with a silver tint.

Aye. I'll note further, that there is some "mystery" to her name -- though I will leave it up to those who enjoy solving such things, to discover just what it could be.
