Weird, it's Ebenfar on my interactive atlas

Now the city of Effenfar is found on the surface of Selune, but only on the Abeir side, and noone else knows about it except for the residents of the moon, who actually have a portal that allows them to cross between Toril and Abeir. You'd be surprised at some of the things you'll learn when you talk to those people from the moon. People call them moonmad.... others call them liars because they worship Leira.... but when I checked up on.... oh wait, I'm not supposed to talk about that.
