I'd like to wish the Candlekeep Staff and Forum Members a very merry Christmas and all the very best for the New Year.
The last few months has seen the forum grow into the most informative and welcoming I've found anywhere - good people talking about good things. This is due to the hard work of the staff that run the site and you, the posters. Next year, things can be even better.
Merry Christmas. Fröhliches Weihnachten. Noël joyeux. Lystig Christmas. La Navidad alegra. Il buon Natale. Vrolijke Kerstmis. Sretan Božiæ. Veselý Vánoce Merry Crãciun. God Jul.
[Apologies for anyone I missed]

Greetings all, and Seasons Greetings at that!
Although you dont often see me posting to the forum (I merely keep a watchful eye but tend not to linger too long on this side of the forum for fear of being roped into dusting tomes or some such by Alaundo ), I just wanted to stop by and wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

Yo-ho-ho and a merry Cristmas to you all. Almost time to close the scroll on 2002 and prepare the new one for 2003.
Many thanks to the founders of the digital Candlekeep, may this center of lore remain active for a long while and despite the tomes and scroll inside gathering dust, I believe that with the current community active on the forum, Candlekeep itself will not collect much dust.
Again Merry X-mas and a Happy New Year to all of you.

Frey enters and looks at Alaudo. Then she smiles and says, loudly, "Gentlemen, there's a banquet being served in de dining room" She waits a few seconds, to be sure that everyone has heared her, before continuing, "there'll be fresh pork, vegetables and ... well, ... loads of wine of course" -the latter with a wink at the senior scribes present.- "I thought this to be the right time for diner"
