Can anyone shed some light on whether a ship can sail down the River Lis, from the Moonsea to the Dragon Reach? I'd always assumed yes, but can't find anything that backs up the assumption...

AFAIK the river Lis is a well know trade route from the Moonsea to the Vast and Sembia. I'm pretty sure it's used for lots of shipping traffic.
