The original reference to the Wyvern Crown and mention of the Witch Lords was from Ed's "What has he got in his pocketses" Dragon article which listed a series of items, magic and mundane, that could be stolen from passers-by. 'Cormyr: A Novel' gave us the historical context for the reign of the Witch Lords and Eric Boyd nabbed the Dragon magazine reference to do his write-up of the Wyvern Crown of Cormyr in 'Volo's Guide To All Things Magical' (pgs.121-122). Otherwise, details are very scarce on the ground. You could ask Ed about them on his thread but most stuff regarding Cormyr has been NDA of late. That barrier may be removed once the new "Cormyr: The Tearing of the Weave" adventure is published in 2007, but maybe not. Ask anyway. I for one would love to get more information on these guys myself.
