Posted - 31 Oct 2006 : 17:36:02 I'm part of a community that's recreating parts of Faerūn with Neverwinter Nights 2. Now I'm researching the areas I need to build and ran up against a brick wall.
The tiny little bit of information in the FRCS book doesn't tell me much, except what creatures can commonly be found there, and that its being used for mining by both Melvaunt and Zhentil Keep.
I'd like to learn information from the types of rock, fauna and flora, snow or not, height of the mountain peaks, number of passes, etc. I'd also want to learn what exactly (other than the black granite) is mined in these mountains.
If you know of any resources that could be available, or if you know the answers to any of these questions yourself, I'd appreciate all the knowledge you could share with me.

Posted - 01 Nov 2006 : 07:24:40 Thanks everyone. I'll still need to go and buy the MotM book, but I'll do so today. I'll start compiling all the info, and get back to all you master scribes out there, on which questions I might still have. |

And several of the Perilous Gateway articles at WotC detailing the Dragons' Claw portals -- specifically the Dragonspine Mountains Portal:- http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=fr/pg20020522a

The Hooded One named Mounts Horgrymborr, Launt, and Ombaddor here in 2004; other peaks are Mount Tesh and Trollgaunt Mountain. |
