In addition to Elaine's Elfsong, Elfshadow is another useful source.

Novels are probably your best bet
Elfsong has encounters in an Elf run tavern and the Elven temple in Waterdeep
Blackstaff also mentions several elves and clans living in Waterdeep
Dream Spheres also details the racial prejuduce that Waterdeeps nobiltiy have for elves
In short you should read any FR novel were the authors surname is Cunningham for info on elves iand Waterdeep (With the exception of Evermeet and Silver shadows) |
