I am curious if this location - a ruined manor of a sun elf noble containing uderground tombs guarded by some powerful magic, which the Evereskan Tomb Guardians deemed to be "left strictly alone" - was ever described in a source different than the Lost Empires of Faerun ?? I've checked several 2nd edition sources nut found nothing...

I don't recall any specific lore on the Manor in either 1e or 2e. It's entirely possible this was a new addition for the history fabric that is LEoF.
